Rosehill Gardens Racecourse Masterplan, Camellia, Sydney, Australia

Rosehill Gardens Racecourse owned and operated by the Australian Turf Club (ATC) has approximately 25 hectares of developable land fronting James Ruse Drive Camellia, Sydney.  MELF has lead the development of a mixed use masterplan for this non core land which includes a new super lifestyle club that combines sporting facilities for racing, lawn bowls, pools, day spa, conferencing facilities, entertainment/cabaret rooms, a hotel and serviced apartments.

The mixed use precinct will include residential, commercial and retail development including a new transport interchange for the proposed new light rail infrastructure.  Rezoning is currently underway through the Department of Planning and Parramatta Council and is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
