Rosehill Bowling Club like many bowling clubs and other members clubs in Sydney and around Australia are suffering from a loss of membership and reduced revenues. Mark Flanagan negotiated the finalisation of the amalgamation agreement between the bowling club and the Australian Turf Club. The amalgamation agreement includes maintaining and upgrading the existing club facilities prior to relocating the club and bowling facilities to the new “Bellagio of the West” super club to be developed on the Rosehill Racecourse site as part of the greater masterplan for the site. Once the relocation has occurred the bowling club site will be redeveloped.
Mark Flanagan of MELF Property negotiated all agreements and developed the masterplan for Rosehill Gardens Racecourse which is currently in the process of gaining State and Local government rezoning approval.
Mark developed a strong and trusting relationship with the bowling clubs Directors and Secretary Manager which culminated in the vote by Rosehill Bowling Club members which resulted in 97% of members voting in favour of amalgamation.
