This property was purchased by CRI in November 1999 after winning an expression of interest campaign for the sale of the site.  The property was developed on a speculative basis into a 10,600m² net lettable area office building in partnership with ING Real Estate.  Practical completion of the project was 18 February 2002.  On completion the property was valued at AUD$36 million.
